Through Architectural Planning and Visualization, the Balai Bayi team adheres to the three Principles of Design: function, form, and aesthetics in order to enhance the architectural design process. We consider the environmental status of our planet and to offer designs that would inflict less harm on our existing biodiversities.
SITE INSPECTION
Site inspections are carried out by the Balai Bayi team for design consultancy. Rest assured, the team possesses the right and ample equipment and tools for site scouting and exploration to assess a site’s suitability for building, with consideration of the site’s environmental status.
DESIGN CONSULTANCY
Offering technical and financial guidance on the optimum use and location for a project, the Balai Bayi team conducts design consultations and feasibility studies to establish the most effective and efficient materials of a project site and to consider the status of the biodiversity where the project site is built on.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND WORKING DRAWINGS
We offer our design services in separate stages. You can choose the specific service that fits your project, whether it’s just getting started with initial ideas or finalizing plans for an existing project. This flexibility allows us to work with a wider range of clients on projects of all sizes.
ARCHITECTURAL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR VISUALIZATION
We design both the inside and outside of your project. To help you understand our vision clearly and ensure you’re happy with the design, we use advanced 3D visualization tools. These tools create a digital model of your space, so you can see exactly what your finished project will look like before construction even starts.
